Standard Shipping Service
When selecting Standard
Shipping Service, your order will be shipped within 2 business days (unless
otherwise notified) subject to availability of stock. Typically, the shipping
time will be 3 to 7 business days, depending on the destination and
availability. We guarantee a response to your request for availability within 2
hours during our business hours.
Next Day Service
When selecting Next Day
Service, your order will be shipped within 2 business days (unless otherwise
notified) subject to availability of stock. This service is not available to
P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
If you select Next Day
Service , we will ship the available items next-day air and backorder the rest.
When the backordered items arrive, we will ship them to you at no additional
cost via ground service. If you would prefer to use Next Day Service only if all
items are available (in stock), please type "No backorder" in the message
section of your order and we will send what is available using Standard
Shipping.
Second Day Service
When selecting Second Day
Service, your order will be shipped within 2 business days (unless otherwise
notified) subject to availability of stock. Second Day Service is not available
to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
If you select Second Day
Service, we will ship the available items second-day air and backorder the rest.
When the backordered items arrive, we will ship them to you at no additional
cost via ground service. If you would prefer to use Second Day Service only if
all items are available (in stock), please type "No backorder" in the message
section of your order and we will send what is available using Standard
Shipping.
Outside Continental United States
We will quote
charges of shipments to
Alaska,
Hawaii and any international destinations. Shipping time will vary depending
upon destination. Customs clearance and import duties are the responsibility of
the recipient. Contact your local customs office for more information.
Oversize Packages
Items over 60" in
combined length, width and height shipped by UPS will be charged actual cost of
shipping plus $4.00 handling charges.
Freight Service
Some larger items
must be sent via freight truck. Next Day or Second Day Services are not
available for these items, nor can we ship them to destinations outside the
continental US. Once we have calculated the appropriate shipping fees, we will
send you an email confirmation of the total amount of your order. You will then
have one business day time of this confirmation to make any cancellations or
changes. Shipping time will vary depending on the destination of your order..
Product Availability
Although we makes every effort
to avoid delays in shipping, occasionally a item will be out of stock. If there
are any problems with availability of a product we guarantee a response to your
order within 2 hours during our business hours. Monday through Friday,
8:00Am to 5:00Pm Central Time Zone.
Return Policy
Please
call or Sales@Industrial-Surplus.Com to authorize all returns. After receiving
authorization, include a copy of your receipt and a note with the reason for the
return. Original shipping charges for defective or mistakenly shipped items will
be credited. Send package to Industrial-Surplus.Com LLC, Attn: Return Dept.,

Kansas City, Missouri 64126. We will pick up defective or mistakenly shipped
items using UPS Call Tag service at no cost to you. In the Kansas City metro
area, we will pick up returns. Please call original salesperson or shipping
department (816-920-7077) to make arrangements. Please understand that some
items are not returnable.
Returns
made on working merchandise and wrong orders that were not the responsibility of
Industrial-Surplus.Com LLC will have a 25% restocking fee.
